In the coming days, there are some events where I’d like to impress with my capacity and large appetite. Is there anything I can do to increase my capacity in advance? How long does it take before you notice a difference? Is nine- fourteen days too short? Tips and general feedback are welcome.

The only thing I can think of with your short availability of time would be at every meal eat until you're full/satisfied and then chug a substantial amount of liquid until you reach the point of forfeit and give up. 2 weeks? Yeah, doing this at every meal...you should notice a difference in your capacity.

I’ve been doing this consistently now – eating until I'm completely stuffed, and then topping it off with milk first, followed by sparkling water. I think I’m already noticing an effect! Maybe I should slow down a bit, haha, but I like the feeling.

I’m honestly surprised at how quickly things have changed and how much more I can handle now. I’ve been trying to maintain the stretch by topping off a little when it starts to go down. Interestingly, I’ve noticed that I get a big appetite afterward, which was unexpected!
I haven’t been entirely consistent on certain days, but even so, the effect has been significant—though it’s tricky to measure exactly. It’s definitely a bit of a mental game, pushing past where I would normally stop.
That said, I’ve realized I’m getting a bit “hooked” on this whole stretching process. I’ve been trying/will try to dial it back a little, haha, but yes might be difficult ...
